An amazing weekend in the Thoreau Cabin. Super clean, cute and cozy. It was more of a vacation get-away than camping. The owners were very friendly and accomodating. Our dog absolutely loved the land and swimming in the river. We will def. be back!

In all honesty it doesn’t matter what your links are from and if they are paid or not. Trust me on this. I had a blank webpage on a domain and it went up for a PR6 when google updated it’s Pr’s. I just got tons of links and it worked. So don’t really think paid links and associate links are at all any diffrent in reality. A link is a link it just matters who the link if from.

it was primarily for retention reasons, they wanted to retain me and figured that they had to promote me fast to keep me engaged.This is different from what I did before, which was promise to work hard and be loyal, then do it, then quietly ask for raises or promotions based on what I’d done. It got me excellent performance reviews, but no big raises or promotions (a lot of promises for that though). I didn’t make it clear that I could leave and if I left what a vacuum there would be.

Women always run the risk of being seen as bitchy, cold, or aggressive when they are just being garden variety confident and assertive.
